It's about time that we organised selling as a whole in such a way that it adapts to today's times, today's spirit and today's psychological and scientific reality. One of our biggest dreams as salespeople is to generate lots of happy customers with little effort so that we can generate sales for our client or employer and earn commission.

Many beliefs in sales are outdated, very expensive, totally inefficient and often a lead-burning machine. Everyone knows what a lead costs in the end, no matter what product or service you sell. At the very least, the effort required in relation to the return is absolutely unacceptable in most cases and leads to failure and therefore to dissatisfaction, a lack of self-confidence, burn-out, depression and ultimately to job loss or financial problems.
With my holistic sales philosophy of ‘Energetic Selling’, we only attract the prospects that we really want and who can become real potential customers. We are curious about people, analyse their real wishes, identify needs and problems and provide them with the perfect solution using our product. A sale without reservations or objections. Easily and without resistance. Empathetic, goal-orientated, efficient, effective and very successful. With fun, joy and a lot of free time 😊
I have been working in sales for more than 30 years and have been selling property and construction services for more than 20 years, mainly to wealthy private clients from all over the world. After hundreds of sales training sessions and sales meetings, I thought I knew everything there was to know about selling. But a lot has changed in sales in recent years. The seller's market has become a buyer's market. The old sales approaches no longer work. Customers have changed. They are better informed, so the old sales patterns are no longer worth anything.
With my emigration to the most beautiful island in the world, Mallorca, in February 2020 and the lockdown that took place shortly afterwards, I finally had the time and leisure to deal with this topic extensively. There wasn't much else to do at the time apart from read, meditate and sleep. So I focussed on this. By studying new scientific findings in quantum physics, buyer psychology and the biostructure of humans, the universe of space and time, coupled with my ‘old’ knowledge of sales and the theories about the universe and energy, I developed a completely new way of selling, namely Energetic Sales.
I realised that the old sales techniques were based more on learned patterns and motivation. But who is highly motivated every day? Motivation wears off very quickly. Especially if you have to motivate yourself every day. Of course, you can make up for a lot with hard work and self-discipline. But this only works for very few people in the long term. Many massacre themselves on a daily basis and then quickly lose their own drive because the fun they initially had quickly turns into the opposite and often leads to self-abandonment and even depression. In other words, you usually harm yourself more than others and make yourself happy in the process. The goals you set yourself are usually not achieved. As a result, many people quickly give up and massacre themselves internally.
Energetic selling, on the other hand, is simple and permanently successful without having to motivate yourself again and again. Take a step back. Feel what you really want, listen to your inner voice, create resilient decisions between your heart and head and let the universe do the rest. Sounds simple - and it is. It just takes a bit of courage to let go of old habits and patterns. You will be amazed at what is possible without doing anything.
